POOLS BETTING |
The Ogun state Government, allows pools betting games to be carried out in the state
according to the Pools Betting (control and Taxation) Law. 1980 vol. 4 CAP, P Laws
of Ogun State, 2006.
There are two distinct games that can be played by stakers; These are
Treble Chance
and
Fixed Odds.
Only licenced Promoters in the State are allowed to carry on this game. Registered
Agents can be appointed by promoters to sell coupons in their various offices
existing within the State.
REQUIREMENTS
You wil be required to do the following:
1.
Submit an application letter to our tax office addressed to the Chairman
IRS Ogun.
2.
Fill Pools Promoters Licence application form provided in this site
3. Submit a copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association as well as present the
original
for sighting purpose.
4.
Submit a copy of Certificate of Incorporation and original for sighting
5.
Present tax clearance certificate from Ogun State for 3 preceding years.
6.
Payment of statutory fees
