POOLS BETTING |
The Ogun state Government, allows pools betting games to be carried out in the state
according to the Pools Betting (control and Taxation) Law.
There are two distinct games that can be played by stakers; These are treble chance
and fixed odds.
Only licenced promoters in the state are allowed to carry on this game. Registered
Agents can be appointed by promoters to carry on the gamming in there various offices
existing within the state.
REQUIREMENTS
You wil be required to do the following
Submit an application letter to our tax office
Fill pools promoters licence application form provided in this site
Submit a copy of memorandum and articles of association as well as present the original
for sighting purpose.
Submit a copy of Certificate of incorporation and original for sighting
Present tax clearance certificate.
