E-Tax filing provides a portal for neccessary information about your
organisation that will be useful for your efficient tax management.
It enables the Tax payer to file his tax returns
at his convenience but within the timeframe allowed under the tax laws.
Once the BIODATA is provided now, you do not
need to do so again except there are significant changes in status.
The information would also be useful to the Government for planning and efficient
management of resources both human and physical for better development of the State.
The Government is creating a peaceful and investor friendly environment that will

Any staff that leaves Employment for another or becomes Self Employed
would just need to inform IRS to ensure continuity in Tax data history.
The contact person in any institution office either Federal/State parastatal
or Federal/State ministry or Local government is
the link man between IRS and the Organisation in providing information or dissemination
of information to the staff of the Organisation. We therefore need the E-Mail address
and Telephone number for easy communication when necessary.
While completing
the Biodata Form please wait for the Local governments fields to be populated by
the system to enable you simply click on the relevant information.
Password requires
at least 6 characters alphanumeric acceptable
When
Filing for members of staff, Please remember the staff number. Number is not restrictive
and could be alphanumeric.
ABOUT YOUR "CORPORATE TIN"
Your corporate tin will be given to you immediately after you complete registration.
Your corporate tin is a Unique Identity for your organisation from the state government,
as in, part of the state government's responsible to bringing good governance to
you.
Your corporate tin will represent your organisation Identity/record with the state
government.
Its is unique and cannot be replaced.
